Mindy Salinaz Rice is a graduate from the University of Michigan and the Relay National Principal Academy Fellowship. She has been an educator for 13 years, serving as a teacher, a Dean and a Principal. She founded Achievement First Promesa Elementary school during the pandemic and helped create an atmosphere of love and safety. She believes deeply in providing excellent schools to all children and most importantly partnering with families to create the best educational outcomes for their children. She is deeply committed to her work as a mother of three and continues to make sacrifices for them to ensure they have what they need to be successful.
