Maryellen's work is dedicated to ensuring children have access to world class schools so they can meet their highest potential. She is currently the Director of Advancement for Organizer Zero, which identifies, supports and connects parent visionaries--those most impacted by our nation’s education crisis–-to launch their own movement for educational equity in their community. Maryellen is the mother of two children--both with unique abilities--an ordained minister, committed partner and avid political junkie who loves a full house of passionate people committed to changing the world for our children.
